    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油,放入蒜头以小火爆香后,加入南乳炒至闻到香味,倒入香菇拌炒。Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté over low heat until fragrant, then add fermented beancurd and stir-fry until fragrant. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.

    Step 2

    放入猪腩肉大火翻炒片刻,倒入高汤煮滚后转中小火继续焖煮约½小时。Add pork belly to the pan and stir-fry over high heat for a moment. Pour in chicken broth and bring it to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入调味料和青葱段,以适量粟粉水勾芡即可。Add seasonings and scallion sections. Thicken the sauce with some cornstarch water. Serve hot.
